That process starts when you contact us where we discuss your requirements and help you decide which service is right for you. When that's complete and decided we provide a fully detailed quotation which includes everything you need to know to get your car back to showroom condition.

When you book we then make a date and time to suit you taking into account the weather and where the car is parked (we cannot perform a valet where the car is parked on a public highway - it's against the law!); and don't forget we bring everything with us in our fully equiped vans, including water and power!

On the morning or night before the booking date we do a last minute check on the weather as if it is forecast to be bad or indeed it is bad we may need to re-schedule the valet; it isn't possible to carryout valets on a rainy day unless under cover and dry. We will call you to re-schedule if this is necessary.

Assuming the weather is good, we complete the valet using the top quality Autoglym range of car care products and of course our 23 years of knowledge and experience and return the keys to you where upon you can carryout a final inspection of the vehicle if you would like to.
